What a great turnout! Our most popular workshop of the series!
Many of our first-time bread bakers were a little nervous about getting their dough to the perfect consistency, but Head Chef Sarina made sure by careful inspection that everyone would turn out amazing results. No-one left disappointed.
While we waited for the dough to rise, we enjoyed watching Smoke Signals, which “coincidentally” features frybread as a recurring plot-point. Funny and poignant. You should watch it!
In the end, people had the option of dressing it up with Cinnamon & Sugar (with our without fresh-squeezed lemon!), Nutella, or plain. One attendee was heard to exclaim, “Perfection!” as he enjoyed his culinary creation.
