After working with staff at Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and students at Broadview Public School, our third workshop took us to Madahoki Summer Camp, where we had the opportunity to try something a little different.

We were honoured to present our Introduction to Dot Art workshop during the OCDSB’s PD Day on March 28, 2025, held at the Canada Science and Technology Museum. Participants arrived eager to explore dot art—an expressive style that uses small, colourful dots of paint to mimic beadwork and create detailed floral designs inspired by the prairie flowers of the Homeland.
